struggling a little today. only 3 and i’ve had 646c. -_- (would be okay but i love snacking at night time)
also im resting from running as i’ve run the past 4 days and im going to the gym tomorrow and they say you shouldn’t run every day or you risk damaging your knees. hrm. also don’t want my body to get too smart and stop burning- best to keep it on its toes :P
